Heitman, Illinois Registered Land Surveyor #177, recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of DeWitt County, Illinois, as Document Number 77834 on October 27, 1965 in Book "E" on page 292, thence East 110 feet along the North side of said High Street thence due North to a point on the North 58°29' West survey line on said plat thence Northwesterly along said North 58029' West survey line on said plat to a point due North of the point 220 feet East of the said pipe set in the Southwest comer of the tract of land shown on said plat, thence due South to said High Street, being situated in Section 28, Township 21 North Range 5 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, situated in the County of DeWitt in the State of Illinois.
